This was last night campsite. The gang went up to the hot sulpher springs and bathed in the pool. I rested. This was the first time Dave backed the trailer into a campsite. He did practice backing straight at one of our stops and found that to be a choir. He did not have bad habbits to break and did great for first time. He listened to me better than I listen to my self and made small adjustment on the wheel instead of over steering. Great Job Dave. He did well with the straight backing too.
On the road again. Dave is driving.
As has everyone else we stopped at the Sign Post Forest.
I had picked up some rough cut lumber from Jim and Kristie's Cabin in Cle Elum. So the rest of the gang made signs at Laird using my dremel. They and Dave made one for us.
Can you say vast wilderness.
This is one of the longer bridges on the Alaskan Highway. We slowed way down and still bounced a lot from the joints etc. Camp grounds is on the right just past the end of the bridge.
A true land yacht. We saw them in a parking lot and then here at the camp grounds.
Dave took this picture around 11:30 at night. I was asleep.
My favorite NGG's :-)
