Moved to Deer Park RV Park

Wednesday 4 June we started our two day move to Deer Park Rv/golf north of Spokane, Wa. I traveled with Chuck and Judy Meese.

The scenery changed to mountains with few trees. I am told this is Volcanic rock with light covering of dirt.
I did get to see all four of the mountains in the area on this trip. Mt Hood, Mt St. Helen, Mt Adams and Mt Rainer.
Mt Adams.
 Mt St. Helen.
Mt Hood in the rear view mirror.
 Mt Rainer.
We stopped in Prosser, Wa for the night after a 200 mile drive. We were in the wine country and there were six tasting rooms 1/8th of a mile so easy walking distance. After three we carefully navigated our way back home.
Another person in the park was a commercial falconry. His birds keep the birds away from the ripening berries. Blue Berry at this time.

Wednesday we finished the other 200 miles to Deer Park RV.
I am starting to see forest inland.

We always have great food at our rallies.

  1. I love the change in scenery when you cross the crest of the Cascades and go from the dry to wet side or vise versa. A great area of the country.

    Enjoy the Rally.
