Night in Las Vegas & Freemont Street

Wednesday evening, 20 March 2013, Dave & Betsy McNair and I went downtown Las Vegas. We ate at the Main Street Casino next to the Main Street Station. The Tripple 7 Restaurant Brewery had a good Dark beer, Black Chip (a dark ale with Dark Chocolate and coffee flavor served  on Nitro with a creamy head - I wish it was bottled) and good food.

Picture of one of the micro brewery rooms.

After supper we walked Fremont Street.

A DJ dressed to catch your eye as we walked in.

One of two ladies dressed like chorus girls working for tips.

A little devil working for tips.
The Bronze statue with his back to us is live. He works for tips. He pulled his gun on Betsy to catch her attention.

There were some probably paid shows also. This stage had different show happening wile we were there. Of course the lady caught my eye.

And the Elvis impersonator Taylor James
.

One Kayos was a temporary body ink. This was seen right on the walking street. I really checked it out closer when I saw the Semper Fi. I told the lady she could see it if I took a picture. She agreed and I did. When she saw it she apologized for the "crack". She had to let it dry.

There was a cable slide and the ceiling above is all LEDs. We learned that when the light shows stated.

After sunset some of the Old timers showed up in the windows.

The glass windows and wall mirages were remarkable

This was just one night on the walking street. I was in the wrong place when we first arrived and witnessed a probable alcohol induced brawl. About two hours later we observed one of the offenders being placed in a police car. He evaded security for that long.
