Goshen, IN to Bruceton, WV

I have heard that my posts were missing. People are or were wondering what I have been up to and how I am doing.

Today I leave the MOC Fall Rally and will travel with Jim Fischer down to Delaware, Ohio for a nights stop, 220 miles and then tomorrow 9/27/2012 on to Bruceton, WV. There I will help Ken Queen install a good size sky wire loop in the top of his trees. That is a ham radio antenna.

The fall rally was great. There were some rough times. Two years ago at this rally was the second time Ann had to go to the emergency room with rib pain. The first time was 30 days earlier in NY. That was the start of her second battle with the cancer and this time it had come back in the bones. Normally a patient has 8 to 10 months after that. She fought for 20 months. She was a fighter as those that knew her knew.
Anyway, it was a great time seeing those that I knew and meeting all the other folks at the rally. This year I helped a little with events. Jim and I did install on plexiglass (or whatever) panels on Fred and Rebecca's screen door.  Other than that I was just a social butterfly chatting with people and appreciating their wonderful friendship and support.

It was a great time and with next year being the 10th Annaversary I am going to try and work my travels to be here for that wonderful even. It has indications of being something special.
